Bird Paradise individually tests all medium and large parrots (ie. African Greys, Amazons, Caiques, Cockatoos, Eclectus, Lories, Macaws, Pionus, Poicephalus [Jardines, Red Bellies, Senegals, etc.], and Toucans) for Polyoma, Psittacosis, Beak&Feather, and PDD (a savings of up to $500.00). All smaller birds (ie. Bourkes, Cockatiels, Conures, Lovebirds, Parakeets, and Parrotlets) are batch tested for the aforementioned diseases. Periodic store environmental tests are also conducted.

Welcome to Bird Paradise! If you have not had the  opportunity to visit our store, you are in for a wonderful experience. Within the walls of Bird Paradise awaits any bird and bird owner’s dream come true.

There is little doubt that our store is a very large bird store, probably the largest in the world. There is no doubt that we have an unsurpassed selection of toys, cages, bulk food, playstands, etc. etc. However, those are not the qualities about which we are most proud. It gives me great pride to say that each and every staff member owns, loves and respects birds. Each member is well aware that not all birds are suitable for all family situations. We take the time to talk with our customers, listen to their needs and desires.

Quite possibly a small conure is much better suited for a family with small children than the amazon parrot they had originally discussed. Cockatoos are some of the most cuddly, endearing parrots you will ever encounter. However, the household that lives in a small apartment and cannot dedicate several hours a day to the needs of these special animals, is best directed to another species.

It’s a Bird Paradise for sure! They offer everything you could possibly need for your feathered friend. In addition to a huge variety of bagged foods, they have an utterly amazing bird food buffet, so you can satisfy your birds favs. Their selection of toys, cages, accessories will absolutely astound you. And their birds… are beautiful. And most importantly extremely reasonable pricing.

Omg......this place is AMAZING!!!! the girls, very knowledgeable and AND they work with you. They take the time and explain things to you....and I didn't feel pressured. They were patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place.( I already did)...I do hope the owner knows that he has great workers working for him.

The staff is friendly. We had a conversation about the birds sitting on their perches in front of the register. They have a great selection of bird toys too!

The store has anything you need for your pet bird and them some. I actually also have two chinchillas and I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the toys I buy for them here. At a great price too! Back to the bird stuff though. This store is huge! The toy selection is great and they even have an area where they have toy parts in these bins so if you want you can build your own toy. The staff was nice. It was our first time in and while we were checking us out they applied a coupon to our purchase. They let us know they have promotions on their site and that's where she got the coupon from. Highly recommend for all your bird needs 👍🏼

This place has anything you could need for your bird. Pre-made toys or two large rooms of stuff to make their toys for cheap, Harrison's bird food which is a favorite, and plenty of dispensers with treats, and vegetables. You can even pick up a new companion here. With all their birds out, you can interact and get a feel for one you might have been thinking of but just weren’t really sure about. Im convinced it is the best Bird Focused shop that exists.

I love this place! We just stopped by on the way back home and I have to say, the birds are friendly as well as the owners and workers! They were so nice to us and so pleasant. They know so much about their birds and the history and take such good care of them as well. This is really a great place all around. Thank you for the memories, it was a pleasure to visit 😊 ☺ 😀

Bird Paradise offers expert grooming services by our Avian Consultants 5 days a week. No appointment is necessary. Hours of operation. At Bird Paradise, NEVER is a bird toweled. This is the easiest way to spread disease from one bird to another. It also adds stress to an already stressful situation. All birds are professionally handled by our trained staff and promptly groomed, thereby minimizing the stress. All grooming instruments are sanitized before and after each grooming. Beaks are filed only when needed due to an overgrowth or scissor beak.

Bird Paradise offers a “Bed and Breakfast” for your feathered gems while you are away. The Bed and Breakfast is 2,500 square feet. Cages are cleaned daily and waters are changed 3 times a day. Food is constantly monitored and topped off throughout the day. Our staff visit the birds several times throughout the day so that they receive interaction and attention. We require that all birds who stay with us be tested for PDD, Psittacosis, Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease and Polyomavirus.with us. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions.
